By commissioning art from me, you are confirming you have read and agree with everything listed below.
Payment is either full up front, or half up front and half after sketch has been approved, whichever the you are more comfortable with.

By default everything will be for Personal use only. Please contact me for commercial work, there will be additional pricing details and fees.

As the artist I retain the rights to my work (such as monetization and sharing to social media) but if you commission something and are not comfortable with it being publicized (such as posting it after completion, sharing wips publicly, or streaming while creating it) for any reason, do inform me.

You will have chances to request changes to the commission. Once moving beyond the sketch phase, major change requests will no longer be carried out.

You will be occasionally updated with watermarked screenshots of progress, and are free to request updates. Please do be considerate with how often you ask.

I hold all the rights to the work. Using it for AI training is strictly prohibited.

I retain the right to decline any commission that I feel I may not be suited for, falls under subjects I will not do, or cannot complete.
Incomplete work will be refunded equal to the amount left unfinished.

Rude, aggressive or inappropriate behavior will lead to me canceling the commission and I will be keeping 50% of total payment and refunding anything else necessary.
